Orin Walker is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Innovative Answering Assistance, where he has led technology strategy and software architecture design for over 4 years. He emphasizes AI integration to improve operational efficiency, automate call processing, and enhance customer engagement. Orin oversees a talented team of developers, DevOps, and QA working on key projects such as Rover, Rover Direct, Rover APi, Ava Responder, Ava Engage, Ava AI, and Call Reports. With deep business acumen and strategic leadership, he ensures that systems are well designed, scalable, secure, and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

Outside of work, he is an avid amateur radio operator (extra-class call sign KG1S) and passionate guitarist. He restores antique tube radios and guitar amplifiers, and builds custom guitar pedals, combining his love of electronics with hands-on craftsmanship. Orin enjoys exploring museums and galleries, as well as attending live performances, often sharing these experiences with his wife Paula.
