    Received first customer call in Anthony’s apartment

  • June 2011

    Moved into first office

  • July 2012

    Added first west coast company

  • August 2014

    Moved into new office (current location)

  • June 2015

    Hired first remote agent

  • September 2015

    Rover goes live

  • August 2017

    Survived major hurricane Irma; immediately started planning for a fully remote future

  • January 2019

    First year we took over 1 million calls

  • April 2021

    Added Chief Software Architect and expanded development team

  • September 2021

    Hired our 100th employee
