Bridgette began her journey with the company as a Customer Service Representative and has steadily grown through roles in training, quality assurance, and call center management. Now, as Brand Director of Call Center Operations, she brings a deep understanding of every layer of the customer experience. Outside of work, Bridgette enjoys tackling home improvement projects and sharing her passion for interior design with others.
