Hi I’m Kathy, I started with IAA in September 2023 and I am currently a trainer. With many years of experience from retail to restaurants and management, my heart has always been in customer service, customer relations, and team building and cohesion. I was born and raised In Northern NJ, I love the NY Giants and NY Yankees, cooking for others, my 2 rescue cats, 90’s alternative music and all the spooky things!
